Drop Off Manchester Airport PCN

Hi,
Could someone please help with a response to APCOA?
Could someone please help with a response to APCOA?
Registered keeper of a vehicle just received PCN addressed to Company Secretary for a driver of said vehicle driving through ‘drop off zone’ at Manchester airport.
The register keeper does not have a company.
Speaking to driver, they accidentally got in the the wrong lane looking for ‘Express pick up and drop off zone’ and apparently drove straight through a ‘drop off zone’ without stopping 1 minute before immediately arriving at the correct area where they paid the pick up charge of £6.20 for a 3 minute stay for picking up the arriving passenger. APCOA requestes an extra £5 for this driver error. (£11.20 for a 3 minute pick up 🤬)
The notice ‘invites’ registered keeper to pay or name the driver. I am going to do neither as it was a pure mistake by the driver owing to poor signage as to which lane to take.
The PNC does not mention PofF 2012 in regard to keeper liability.
Thanks

Read the recent cases on here, especially the replies by doubledotcom
No keeper liability on airport land, so Pofa2012 schedule 4 doesn't apply
Use the template response they gave other victims, appealing as keeper to Apcoa ( no blabbing about who was driving )1 -
Please read the following thread (equally applies to MAN) and use the suggested letter from that. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Could you please explain point 3: ‘The parking charge’ etc, as I do not understand the meaning. Thanks0

Appeal, but no blabbing about who was driving or about the incident itself0 -
