Parked in a disabled bay at 11pm for 3 minutes, any way can get out of it?

Hello how are you all?
As the title says, driver did this in mcdonalds carpark in west sussex area

driver does not have a blue badge, was just rushing around for a few minutes and parked in a bay for 3 minutes, did not see the signs 

driver legit has been diagnosed with ADHD however, which technically is a disability but not requiring a blue badge

however picture attached shows driver in bay, is there any way to contest please?

Blue Badge doesn't mean anything on private land anyway, unless it's part of the contract details which would be in the signs.

when I appear, do need to put either vehicle driver or vehicle keeper?

also they want name and address etc, do i give that?
