Scotland private hire driver ticket

Whats the best course of action? I've seen to never name the driver but as its a private hire vehicle is it different? The ticket is wrong they've got me on an ANPR camera going in the car park, and leaving about 6 hours later. There are 2 entrances and exits in this car park and the photos are only from the one entrance. I never stayed in the carpark, I dropped a customer off, went away doing other jobs for hours, and then dropped someone else off. The car park just says 'up to one hour £1'. 
How should I go about this? I want to dispute this because they're lying on their letters trying to suggest I was there for hours, and also if that's where I'm sent on a job that's where I'm sent? But I don't want to make anything worse by saying too much. Thanks

Also, it sounds like a double dipping case, 2 separate short visits,  not one long visit

They are not lying, they believe their allegation,  but are mistaken
