No Statement for UC, will I not get paid?

I haven't recieved my statement this morning, does that mean I won't get paid?
My husband has changed jobs going from weekly pay to monthly pay. I updated this in the journal and yesterday next thing I know he has an interview to provide further evidence for his claim. (This appointment was for tomorrow but he works 9-5 mon-fri and can't get out with only a day and a half notice. So we rang to change it for 2 weeks time. We asked if this would effect payment and the advisor said no.
But if we dont get paid we have no money as I dont work (im carer for our daughter and I get carers through UC so wouldn't even get that). Please help

Even if your UC is zero you should still get an statement. When did your last AP end?

Statements can be a few days late which isn't good as it can cause people to worry.

Your assessment has obviously been delayed by reporting your hubby's change of circs. We can only speculate as to why the advisor told you otherwise.Unfortunately you'll have to buckle in for a tough couple of weeks until it's sorted out. But get back to them and see if you can arrange an advance payment to cover the gap: people tell horror stories about these, but there's a system for it and you may qualify. Is there anything to stop you attending jobcentre appointments instead of your husband, as it's obviously a joint claim? Even if you have to take your daughter with you, it could speed things up.When does hubs expect his first salary from the new job? End July? Is he still due anything from the one he's just left? If, overall, you usually have enough coming in to be in bog-standard good standing with your bank (like not horribly in debt already), "My husband's just changed jobs and won't get paid for six weeks" is a textbook overdraft situation. Obviously depends on your status, but you don't have to be rolling in it for them to say yes to a couple of hundred quid.Going forward, if you can claim Carer's Allowance separately from UC, do so. You'll get the same amount in total, but it's always safer to have it coming from more than one source.I don't know how helpful all this is, but best of luck.1

Thank you so much everyone. I have rung and spoken to them. The person we spoke to yesterday was completely wrong and useless. The person I spoke today could not have been more helpful. So yes he said I can attend it as a joint claim, this wasn't told to us yesterday. So I am going in tomorrow morning to sort it, hopefully then payment will only be delayed a few days if at all. Thanks again0
