I've completely lost track of my spending largely due to being very overwhelmed by the weather and events so am going to draw a line under July and slink off to August to try again. See you all over on the new thread.

    Some spends lately.

About £6.20 at Aldi , I needed laundry liquid and also got chia seeds and some other bits (I can't find the receipt).
£2.46 again at Aldi a few days later on yoghurt, tinned peaches and something else ( daughter went)

Today £8.50 Bread and Butter thing (it was ok today, but alot of it I had to relist on Olio)

£3.50 on my Jam Doughnut app @Iceland. I went to get two big tubs of Flora buttery for £5, but it's an online only offer

So total to add is £20.46

Just got a TGTG bag, from Ald$. First in ages that wasn't cancelled!
Had to hand a pack of whole fish back, as I don't want to be dissecting it. Noone I know to pass it on to and no-one in Aldi wanted it (despite the checkouts being busy). I didn't think til on the way home, that my cats might have ate it.
Plenty other bits I'll use, so I am happy with that; should see me through until the next Bread and Butter thing.
So, £7.33 altogether spent, as I also picked up coke, facewash, two milks and YS tomatoes.
In Home B@rgains spent £3.18 on gf bread, YS bread x 2 (for impending visit from both daughters and granddaughter), flapjacks, toothbrushes and batteries for remote. Could have made the flapjacks, but I havent got the inclination at the moment; as I'm on new medication, so I never know how I'm going to feel

So £10.51 spent in total. I'm very happy with that, considering my pull along trolley was full 🙂

Another £15.30 spent in Asda today. Desperately trying to find a free from pizza base that does not contain soya. Still didn't manage it! Anyway boys fancied pot noodles so we bought those for lunch tomorrow, eggs, milk, cereal and pitta breads that I am going to try to use as a pizza base.

@Soontobeoap - for pizza bases i use GF wraps as the base then once cooked roll them up so easier to eat. Not sure if no soya, also to say I freeze the wraps and use them straight  from the freezer - saves waste :)
