Hi everyone!
sorry I haven’t been here, I’ve been dying a death.
still under budget just about, another 50 something spent, most on a te5co whoosh order and a few bits in the local shops .
I was really unwell over the weekend and let the kids loose with my card to go buy snacks 🫣😆
Thankfully we are still under budget, I might go over this month but I’m realising we have so much meat left from those 2 big orders I did at the beginning of the month , next month will be way under I hope.I’ve also been absolutely smashing it with the other challenges and should be able to pay off my smallest debt this month (unrelated- sorry if it’s not allowed I can edit )
I’ll try pop in more frequently now I’m better.Jan 26 GC 🥞🧇 £0/£500

I've just been in Her@n foods too, but it's rubbish today. I got 1 large bicarb of soda and baking powder @ £0.99 and two packs of penguin biscuits for DGD as they are a novelty and accidentally vegan (she's dairy free).K9sandFelines said:£1.68 (lucozade) +£0.85 (washing up liquid)+ £1.68 (cereal) + £6.64 (washing up sponges x 12) + £1.70 (protein bars) = £12.55

I'm hoping to head straight to the Bread and Butter thing now, I only really need peppers if they don't crop up there. I might pop my head in Icel@nd for them. Although dearer, I have credit on my Jam doughnut app for in there stillGC 2025 so far £1461.52/£1710 Dec 13th - Jan 12 = £55.52/180 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Two person vegan household, with occasional visitors)Join me on the meal plan thread : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6356309/could-we-start-a-meal-plan-thread-again-so-its-not-lost-in-the-gc/p1Forever learning the art of frugality5 -
Got some really good bags from Bread and Butter, so didn't need to go to Icel@nd. So, I'll keep the JD credit for when I'm in more need. Peppers, where there albeit tiny ones; but the food gods helped me out.K9sandFelines said:

My main meals are going to be a bit processed this week, but they've a good mix of veg still with them and last week apart from Saturday, my meals were the opposite, so it does even itself out I guess .
I hope everyone is doing good
