Outgoing Octopus, Fixed (export tariff) - missing entire days

Lately I’ve started noticing the occasional day when the Octopus website is showing the amount exported as zero - even though that simply can’t be right. Our electricity consumption is reasonably static, not varying terribly much from day to day, and the total daily generation has been around the 20kWh mark. 

Most of the time the export shows at around the 50-60% mark, but on the odd day it shows zero - even though the generation was much the same as the days before and after, and the consumption little different. 

There’s clearly a system fault there somewhere - anyone else checked theirs and found these gaps?

Since the tariff just uses the opening and closing daily register readings there isn't much priority on recovering any missing data, does your total for the month make sense?

Too soon to tell, and it’s only about 4 or 5 days so far this month, but you make a good point if that’s the way it’s being calculated.

Have a look on bright app they now show my export same source , or octoaid , but  i think i paid for that

I'm on the flat rate Outgoing. It's always been billed from index readings.
