Dead Happy - who took it over?

Hi guys, hoping for help.

I took out a Dead Happy policy in 2022. I only realised they had stopped trading last summer when I couldn't log in, I've had no contact.The premiums are still being taken by Covea but I can't get any response from them. I checked out Shepherd's Friendly (who are advertised as taking it over) but they said it's not underwritten by them. I've had no contact from anyone but still paying!

Any help really appreciated!!

They were an intermediary, they originally sold Covea policies and then subsequently changed to Shepherd's Friendly. 

As it's only the intermediary thats failed you just deal with Covea directly and the policy continues unchanged by the failure.
