Ah, difficult to see with a picture, but I have this video, which I sent to Sharps https://youtube.com/shorts/ZxpOAaZ5ruQ?feature=shared
Haven't checked if someone would repair it - wouldn't know who!0 -

When we purchased the thing I remember a colleague at work suggesting I had overpaid (or, rather, that I had been ripped off) and just saying "well, but you know, it's Sharps so I'll pay for the peace of mind".The other thing that really annoys me is that in their communications they seem to imply that I'm being unreasonable for not accepting the replacement doors in another colour. Even suggesting that customers in my situation have been happy to change the doors for cream-coloured or stone. I attach the picture of the wardrobe and let you be the judge as to whether I'm being crazy that only changing the doors would look horrible.
TBH, a full replacement wouldn't be great either because all the furniture in the room was purchased with that colour in mind.Sigh....anyway, thanks for the advice.
I guess it's a choice between a flawed single door and £300, or decent new doors in a different colour, and which of those options is going to be easier to live with. I've just refreshed an entire kitchen with some decent cabinet paint - I'm really pleased with it because it's made it look new - and it cost me about £60 in paint and several hours of work. You could do the same? What's pictured is a much simpler set-up to paint if you're willing and able to take doors off, remove handles, etc.0 -
I would be happy with 2 cream doors.
I have a wood wardrobe with one cream door and one mirror door.I had your arrangement in a previous house but with all doors cream0 -

I had similar with Samsung, we have a fridge and freezer that are independent units but connect together and look like an oversized American fridge/freezer. We paid a modest premium to have them with a stainless steel exterior. When the freezer died for the second time after 2 years they said they didnt do the SS finish anymore so they'd replace it with white or a grey plastic.0 -
I completely understand the OP not being happy with one odd door on a unit like that. However, what they are entitled to comes down to the T&C of the warranty.0
