Settlement payment and adj net income for child free

I’ve been offered settlement very unexpected after being in the company for 20 years. I’m a high earner but managed to adjust my net income by contributing to pension to get tax free child hours for my 2 children. The settlement I’m offered is going to take me way over the threshold. Will I lose the tax free and 30h free childcare? If so for how long? Is it until the end of the year or until April next year?
