Got to the RM website outside of the link and just use the tracking code in the search if you want to avoid clicking the link.

It's a HK/China based company... things can go wrong with details like senders names when it crosses borders.

Their contact us is very clear that its a Chinese company, Chinese international number, says its manned in hours per Beijing, company address in Shenzhen. OP may not have realised but it's not one where you have to go digging in the terms to find mistakes etc.

The business name “SUCCESS WINNER TRADING LTD” is such a typical Chinese name for an English sounding company.

No I didn't realise they were Chinese but they came well recommended by 2 people who have bought the same item.
