Soil stack options

I have just moved into a house with a boxed in internal soil stack. I want to remove this and replace with an external stack to improve the lay out of the kitchen and bathroom and I'm just trying to see what my options are.

There is manhole exactly 4 foot directly in front of where I want the new soil stack. There are 3 pipes in a row going into the main pipe and doesn't appear much room for any more.

I was hoping I could:

Get a groundworker in to install a new pipe and cap it off at ground level until needed.

Get a plumber in to put in new soil stack, connect the toilet, bath and basin waste to it.

Get a specialist firm in to remove the original soil stack (I think it's asbestos).
What happens to the old pipe, is it just capped off at ground level? I don't want rats/smells having access!

Does this sound doable or is it a no go? Or is there a better way? Any idea how much I should budget for each process?

Photos/diagrams would give us more information to work from.  Do you know what each of the three pipes does?

I assume the middle connects to the stack that I want removed. The one to the left points towards my utility so I'm assuming it picks that up. I'm.not sure about the other one though

Are you sure that all three inlets of the manhole are in use, not capped?

I'm not sure actually. I'll lift the cover and turn on some taps/flush some toilets to check this morning
