Insect screen for casement outward opening windows any recommendations?

My windows like many are casement and swing open outward from the side. I have just had new windows installed and I don't want to mark the UPVC frames. This happened with my old windows when I used netting which is attached with sticky tape. The tape eventually gets very dirty and if it is removed it leaves glue marks on the white frames. I've looked at the magnetic type but these also rely on sticky tapes to hold them on. Anyone come across any alternatives to these which can be used with my windows. Thanks

Do you mean velcro with sticky layer? Regardless, 'glue' marks can usually be removed with white spirit (that doesn't affect PVC).
Because of the handles protruding inside I can't imagine any other options unless the screen covers the whole window, not just part of it. For a whole window there are sliding and roller (with side guides) screens.
ETA: well, I can imagine screen sliding from a fixed panel to an opening one.1 -
Hi and thanks for response. Yes I mean velcro with a sticky layer. Must admit I didn't try white spirit. I wouldn't mind screens which cover the whole opening casement window part but I can't find them. I did see some which are mesh screens attached to a UPVC frame and slot inside the window reveal when it is opened. You have to remove these every time you close the windows though. I asked about those but were told they aren't suitable for my window type. I'll keep looking and hopefully someone will come up with a solution one day.0

Have a look at what the Australians do.
You can get some of that over here now if you know what to search for.
Or an Aussie forum if you can find one.
We used to have sliding fly screens inside the windows which worked great.
I know you can get door ones over here so anything possible 🙂I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

We have Streme pet screens on our patio doors (sliding) and windows (hinged). They also do lighter versions of the screening material if they only need to be used as fly screens.
The window screens are fitted by means of slide on/slide off hinges and thumb turns. Our hinges are on the top, but you can opt for either side if you prefer. The hinges and thumb screws need to be drilled into the window frame, but they are unobtrusive. Our screens are over 4 years old now, but still look like new. And, yes, I can personally attest that the pet mesh version is strong enough to take the full weight of a chonker who thinks she is a feline ninja!

Great I'll check Streme out. I don't have any pets just ninja wasps which I hate.0
