Pull out. I understand about exchange of contracts but I wouldn't do business with somebody like that. They've probably had another offer and want to play you off against each other.0

It would be a straight 'no' from me.
No it's or buts.
If they've messed once they can do it again.
You may fall in love with a house but mostly there's another one round the corner.
Mine wasn't my desired property, supposed to be temporary, till I moved in and found it had everything but one on my wishlist.
Sun streams in, 10 mins from beach, 7 mins from town but so quite you can hear the sea, the owls, dawn chorus and I planted the garden with lots of fruit veg and flowers.
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
