Little update - I attended phone mediation and offerred £10. They refused. I guess it's onto the next step now.

Small update - I now have a court date set for July. I guess I'll start looking at preparing a witness statement soon-ish…

In the mean time, I've had 2 emails from DCBLegal. First one asking me to contact them as their client might be prepared to settle - I ignored this one. Second one was more specific - saying they are willing to settle for £70. I'm ignoring this one as well, but I find it so bizzare - during mediation the mediator said they aren't willing to go below £100, at which point we ended mediation. And now technically nothing changed, yet all of a sudden they are offerring £70 🤷‍♂️.

Because they know they'll get nothing unless they convince you to settle.

They know they are about to discontinue but they hope you don't know that.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Standard stuff, same as all the others, what is the hearing fee deadline date. ?

They should email your N279 discontinuation document just before the hearing fee date

Hearing fee deadline is on the 1st of July. So look forward to N279 before that then. Thanks!

Really, they have only two options

1: Go to court and probably be spanked because they are misleading the court because they have added a fake £70 which is DOUBLE RECOVERY and against the Supreme court ruling

    2: DISCNTINUE
