Chase Saver With Boosted Rate

I'm in the process of moving my savings from Monument Bank as their rates are now dragging behind and I'm looking at the Chase Saver With Boosted Rate as I prefer to have instant or short access(30 days max ).

However I find the following a little confusing;
The MoneyFacts website states that the
Chase Saver With Boosted Rate allows instant access but that the Interest must be compounded.

Will my rate be affected if I chose to withdraw the interest monthly?

Also is the interest paid on the same day of the month as the opening the account  i.e opened 1st July interest paid 1st August?

Thanks

    Interest is paid on the 1st. Doesn't matter what day you open it.

    The rate(s) will not be affected but the amount you earn will reduce

    I got the boost offer, it's a higher rate than my ISA.

    My Chase Saver paid out today, the day the boost ended. This is very odd. Anyone else received interest today?
