    I'd suggest your cousin checks the impact of relocation on her US pensions.

    Only because some UK pensions are frozen at "current" rates rather than increased in line with inflation if the beneficiary emigrates. She needs to know what happens if she does the reverse.

    Once you have read the links provided by some here, I strongly recommend you/family consult a specialist solicitor who deals with kind of things as there are many pitfalls to be aware of. (re specialist  immigration solicitor, look up thir reviews first and which countries they specialise in and then the fees/etc)
