Hello Coupon Mad,
my apologies,l just joined and don’t know how to start a thread.
It’s my last day to submit court defence for Group Nexus/DCB Legal.I spent over £220 in 3 stores and “Because your (my) vehicle stayed longer than the maximum stay period” by 46 minutes l have been fined - now £170.For the record l had no idea there was a time limit. I have shopped there for years, at length, no problem. The stores said they couldn’t do a thing, Eventually through a search on companies house, l discovered one of the scamming beneficiaries is an MP! So didn’t dare go down that route. Do l mention this or not?
l have read and reread the Newbies thread over and over and have the gist of it (thanks to you and everyone else) but cannot figure out the below paragraph. To me it could go either way, so please would you be so kind as to let me know whether l need to include the extra wording and links to CEL VS CHAN & CPMS VS AKANDE or not. Apologies for needing it spelt out, it’s just too ambiguous for my brain so a YES or NO would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.
unless you have a CEL (in-house only), Elms Legal, Gladstones or Moorside Legal claim (and also specifically for DCB Legal claims for ParkingEye or Group Nexus / CP Plus) in which case the start should include the extra wording and link to CEL v Chan and CPMS v Akande, here:0 -
