work coach letter appointment updated as have UC statement

Hi my husband has been migrated to UC from the support group of ESA . However we have been placed in new style ESA and have been given LWRCA element as well as transitional protection payments . This was all good but Saturday we have a letter saying he has a telephone appointment with a work coach why is this when he was in the support group and has been awarded LWRCA ? Any help is much appreciated.

For the New Style ESA claim, the Job Centre Work Coach has to book an appointment so that a New Style ESA claimant commitment can be issued. This commitment is mostly about reporting all changes in circumstances.  Once an existing ESA claim is moved to New Style ESA, the previous ESA claimant commitment document is no longer relevant. Hence the reason for a quick appointment to run through and issue the new claimant commitment document.
