No longer any Cash back for Virgin TV & broadband?

Our Virgin deal came to an end , rising from £38 to £100, they offered us £54 a month to continue it & no retention deal call came before the contract ended as we’ve done in the past . So looking to take out a new deal as we’ve done before in my wife’s name but there no longer seems to be cash back for TV & broad band, TopCashback & Quidco say “broadband only” deals. Does anyone know if the norm now or maybe there are no current offers? Getting a volt package worked for us last time & we gave up the O2 sim, this looks like possibly the best deal but without cash back it’s not brilliant. I checked the compare sites & some are a little better but not by much for what we want. Basic Tv package & as fast internet as we can get.

Did you tell them you're thinking of leaving? That apparently gets you the retention call.0

I thought these cash back sites and deals were for new customers only. (I.e not been with them for a year).
I would recommend you sign up somewhere else (e.g vodafone). If you don't have openreach fibre to the house, that will probably take 3 months to get running. That may provoke a deal with VM or just leave them anyway0 -
