    The call was broadcast at around 11.30, the terms and conditions with the changed number at 11.18.  Sometimes the call is broadcast upto 40 minutes after the alarm sounds.   I'm not sure why that huge gap but I suspect they make the call within 10 minutes of the lines being closed.
