Any potential buyer of the property isn't going to waste their time or money if the vendor isn't serious in selling.mlz1413 said:I rang an estate agent about a house being marketed and was told it was sold.
But the same house kept appearing on Rightmove and never went to Sold STC so i rang again, apparently the owner wasn't prepared to remove it from the listing or update the status until exchange of contracts.... but wasn't allowing viewing whilst the sale was going through 🤷♀️ !!0 -
Only you can decide what to offer having made a viewing or two.
Either property worth £120k or slightly less0 -
An EA is legally obligated to declare known issues of a materially significant nature.
Subsidence, disputes, lack of Planning, stuff like that.
But I wouldn't rely on it...
I would, tho', ask outright. And if your phone is recording at the time, that's ok...0 -
