I did not accept the offer to sell my shares but see today a payment by IDS PLC in my bank account which means they must have been compulsorily purchased. Works out to the offer price of £3.60 per share. Does anyone know if the Special Dividend of 8p per share will still be paid if compulsorily purchased.
Looking through my paperwork to find the original price I purchased them for in October 2013 (to see if I have a profit or loss for Capital Gains purposes). Have every bit of paper since but can't find the original purchase letter. Will dig out my old bank statements .

If all your shares relate to the 10/13 IPO the issue price was 330p.
