Hi guys,So today I have recieved an order to attend the local court to a hearing and ordered me to pay £27 trial fee. Please see letter below.

Can you pease advise me on how best to deal with this as its quite confusing. Im about to go on holiday tomorrow for 5 days. Do I have enough time to deal ith this when I get back? I already have some photos showing how the camera view is blocked by an over grown tree and signs are hidden in bushes which i was planning to use in my defence. see below

But i have yet to ceate a witness statement. Also if you know of any relevnt cases similar to mine I would be very grateful if you could direct me.Thanks again0 -
It definitely doesn't require you to pay the £27 trial fee, read it again, carefully
Your WS must be submitted to Mcr court and DCB Legal by 3rd December, same date as the fee
So it needs doing, but expect dcblegal to email an N279 discontinuation document to your inbox or spam folder just before that deadline, so keep checking your inbox and spam folders
The WS can wait for a week or more

Nobody has ordered YOU to pay their hearing fee! Think about it (you are the Defendant).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
