Searching recommendations for awning

Hi,
I'm considering to have an awning installed.
It needs to have stretching arms (no fixed frame), motor and sensors to roll back automatically when the wind is strong or when it's raining.

The length is 4m and the maximum stretch on the garden is 3.6m.

Can someone recommend some decent quality product and company that don't cost a fortune to install and support, please?
Any idea of how much the total cost would be?

In the past I've seen some specimen where the tissue tore very easily, so I want to avoid something short lasting.

Thanks

don't know if they do them but Hillary's is having another of their 50% off sales so might be worth a look.  No actual knowledge of them.....I keep looking around as I need new blinds and our awning (installed by previous owner, not automatic) is getting pretty tatty.   Might have been in place more than 10 years I think.

My parents bought awnings probably 20 years ago from, I think, Nationwide Sun Awnings (former police officer John Stalker did the ads, I just searched for it). They are generally still going strong (look rather grubby) and do auto retract in windy conditions unless you have set them to stay out. There's a little wind gauge to assess wind speed on the house wall.

I don't remember it retracting in rain.

At the end of the month someone will come to do a quote, but they said that their awnings are not water resistant.
Is it a big limitation as I imagine?
