Trace Debt Recovery / UKPS advice

Hello good people,
I'm looking for some advice on the following please.
I have 2 x parking notices from Trace Debt Recovery / UKPS Ltd for £160 each.
I have 2 x parking notices from Trace Debt Recovery / UKPS Ltd for £160 each.
They seem to be right before the point of HM Tribunals and adding the lawyers fees etc on top.
Both notices are from 3 years ago when I was a visiting customer to a shop near my work where I went to buy lunch on consecutive weeks. I was parked for 5 mins total. It's a small family owned shop with a few private parking spots down the side of their shop. The shop has a little screen where you input your license plate when shopping inside which I didn't know about at the time.

I received the initial notices at the time I went in and asked for help
from one of the store assistants but they didn't want to help. I read
the usual advice online; Ignore - so I left them be. I realise now I should have appealed the initial ones while I had the chance but I did not - my bad.
I do not live in the area anymore, and I am no longer the registered keeper of the vehicle in question.
The
debt recovery letters are being posted to my parents house, my old
address. What happens if they were just to return the letters to sender?
If they are not received by me, can that stop any pursuit of action?
Any advice please folks? Ignore? I'm worried they'll pursue.
I'm also trying to find old bank transactions from visiting the shop.
Thanks in advance.

They could issue a court claim to the address on file, possibly getting a default CCJ ( if its England or Wales ) ?
You should email a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO at the parking company, UKPS, giving them the correct address for the service of papers, plus they must erase the old address
Then ignore the debt collectors letters, including Trace, for a minimum of 6 years ( if its England or Wales ) following the pcn dates
Do not ignore a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice
Do not ignore a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
Lastly, study the advice in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum1 -
You do want a court claim! Honestly that's dispute resolution. You just need to see the claim form so you MUST tell them (Trace) to erase the old address and use your actual address as long as it is fairly permanent and you aren't about to move. The debt recovery letters are being posted to my parents house, my old address. What happens if they were just to return the letters to sender? That would be the stupidest thing because that way, you could easily get a CCJ from failing to reply to defend a Claim Form (defending is sooooo easy).
As long as your parents won't be scared and go and won't pay the scam AND as long as every letter will be opened and emailed or passed to the defendant within DAYS (without fail, nobody going off on holibobs for a month?) you could leave the address as theirs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
