Sorry I missed some of the messages here. I went through the entire process, DCB were calling me randomly (I ignored them). Today I got a text reminder for mediation tomorrow and to check my emails or letter. I didn't receive a letter, turns out it was an email and it was sent on the 25th July sitting in Spam! So please check your spam inbox regularly so you don't do what I did today and have a heart attack where I almost would have missed the call tomorrow. Currently working out what to say in it, I don't intend to offer anything. This is from Christmas day 2019 which I don't recall, they shared a picture of my vehicle entering a Homebase carpark. I asked for evidence of the parking signs which they wouldn't share. I genuinely don't even know if I would have been driving then either. The Homebase in question went into liquidation so was no one there to speak to back when all this started about a year ago.0
