Please see the attached letter.  This is the first letter we have received in relation to “failure to pay for duration of stay” and on the day of parking the parking machine was not working.
Could anyone kindly advise the best course of action to take please? (Image removed by Forum Team)

Yes, IGNORE it  ( it was a pcn issued by Gemini  , 4th May 2025  )

Meanwhile,  study the 4th post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  it's about ignoring powerless debt collectors letters,  letters like yours

Come back to this thread if or when you receive a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice,  and/or am N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL

If this is the 1st letter you've received you'd better check what address the DVLA gave to Gemini Parking. Dig out your V5C check the address on it is correct. Action needed if it's not.

The JOKERS called DRP at it gain.  DRP are simply a powerless debt collector who TRY-IT ON
They refer to the SUPREME COURT ?  What the court actually said was that the parking charge was set to inclde the cost of operating the scheme ........ NOT TO ADD FAKE CHARGES SUCH AS THE £70 they have added.
THIS IS JUST A MONEY SCAM WHICH DRP ARE FAMOUS FOR

That's what I thought. Scam.  You didn't receive a penalty notice yours was parking charge notice and you ever heard of licence suspension for an unpaid parking ticket.

I'd forward it to Scam texts 7726
