PCN "Letter of Claim" Advice

Hello, looking for advice on 2x PCNs from UKCPS Ltd in 2022.
I was in between a number of addresses between the time of the PCNs and now, therefore
all letters were sent to an address that I did not live at and were not opened in time for any
payments etc. As per followed by the advice of this forum, when receiving “debt collector”
letters I had ignored these. Until April this year I received 2x letters labeled “letter of claim” which informed I had to pay within 30 days of the date of the letter or "we will issue a County Court Claim". They then go on to say that "if legal proceedings are issued and you do not make payment following receipt of the court papers, or otherwise respond to the claim, A County Court Judgement (CCJ) may be entered against you, and the balance could increase".
Again, I am no longer at this address so did not receive these until some time after they had been sent.

I proceeded to send them this email:

I was asked to confirm some details (name, address, previous address, and vehicle reg) to confirm it was me, all of which I did, but I omitted my current address as I requested all future correspondence to be via email.
I then received the following reply from them:

Any advice on how to proceed or any similar situations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much.

Let the claim commence. It's what you want.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
