Minster Baywatch - Thruscross Reservoir - Letter before claim

Hi there.
I've read the newbies thread and I need some kind and gentle guidance on what to do please.
The registered keeper of the vehicle received this invoice following a visit to Thruscross reservoir (paid for and have receipt), which is Yorkshire Water land, but they contract the parking out to Minster Baywatch.
The first reaction was to contact Yorkshire Water, I happen to be one of their customers, and they have the contractual relationship with Minster Baywatch. Yorkshire Water promised to take care of it, but did nothing.
I was hoping this would result in this invoice being cancelled, but they've stuck to their guns. I've exhausted the Yorkshire Water complaints process and am now in the realms of complaining to CCW (industry body type thing for water companies).I can see from various forum posts that other people have successfully had Yorkshire Water/Minster Baywatch invoices cancelled by asking Yorkshire Water, but I've not had the same luck.
As it stands, I've not disclosed the driver and not corresponded with Minster Baywatch at all.
This morning the registered keeper received a letter before claim from Gladstones "law firm" for £105.
I really hate these parking companies and wish to avoid giving them any money.
I feel like I need to do something to have this quashed, but I don't know what that should be. Given I've not acted, what's my next move please?
Redacted information attached.

"Yorkshire Water promised to take care of it, but did nothing."What exactly did they say?3

Either ignore Gladstones (see if a claim follows: often it's nothing) or respond using the template LBC response in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
Interesting that this site landowner is content that £50 with a 50% discount is a sufficient PCN level. Do you have photos of the sign please? Could be useful.
It certainly doesn't cost £55 to recover £50.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

According to the Yorkshire Water's website-Bransby Wilson manage the car park.4

Even more reason to see all the signs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Any problems with these?2 -
The parking contract is with 'Bransby Wilson', not Minster Baywatch. While they are 'sister' companies, one is not the other, nor vice versa! Has been their downfall previously at the court stage, and will be the prime line of defence should you get that far.Do a forum search on 'Bransby Wilson' and read previous cases. Make sure you select 'Newest', not 'Most relevant'.Have you gone back to YorkshireWater and ask why they've reneged on their promise to 'sort it'? Go back, tell them you're being sued and you want to have them as a Witness at a forthcoming court hearing. Ask them to name the individual, position and any dates of unavailability to attend for the next 6 months. Can encourage focus! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
