Easiest new switch donor account?

Options
Hi,
Never switched b4, but would
like to take advantage of the Nationwide switch offer.
I have my main current account with Bank of Scotland, which I've held for many years and wish to keep.
I also have a Chase current account (which I'd also like to keep), with only one DD on it.

As heading, which is the easiest way or bank to set up a new current account which I can swap a couple of DDs to purely for then switching to NW pls?
Thanks 🙂

A second Chase current account can be opened with a few touches of your mobile phone.

You haven't said if you were a Nationwide member on 31 March 25, only people who were members then can get the current switch bonus.

Yeah, only read that after I set up the 2nd Chase acct! Oh well, at least I've got a donor account now ready to go if another opportunity presents itself.

First Direct? Santander? TSB? Dankse (if you live in NI)

I was after Nationwide packaged account which is similar to the one I have now with BOS.
BOS are no longer going to offer £5pm refund if u meet their criteria from August.
I also think Nationwide are probably a better option all round in terms of service etc.

There's nothing stopping you open new accounts with the banks linked above and switching, purely for the incentives. No need to actually use the accounts. You can bag some free cash for a small effort. Your main bank account can stay with whichever bank you want, as you're only ever switching your secondary accounts

Usually it's easiest to open a second account with an organisation you're already with. BoS will allow you to have another couple of accounts, so you could always open another with them ready for another switch incentive
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

Another upside to LBG is that they don't seem to perform hard credit searches when you open secondary current accounts (at least Lloyds and Halifax don't, but I'd be suprised if BoS was any different). An extra account here and there is fine, but don't go crazy and open up multiple accounts in quick succession purely to switch away.
