Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is SW Hospitality Europe Ltd T/A Smith & Wollensky London, located at The

Adelphi Building, 1-11 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6HT ("Smith & Wollensky", "we", "us",

"our").

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or older. Smith & Wollensky London employees, their

immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway runs from 12 May 2025 to 26 June 2025, closing at 23:59 British Summer Time

(BST). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a total prize value of £10,000 to spend on food and beverages

consumed at Smith & Wollensky London only.

• The prize will be available from 1 July 2025 to 1 May 2026 (the "Redemption Period").

• A maximum of £1,000 can be redeemed per calendar month.

• Any unused balance in a given month will be forfeited and cannot roll over.

• Any unspent balance at the end of the Redemption Period will also be forfeited

5. Blackout Dates

We want you to enjoy your prize at the perfect time.

To give you the best possible experience, a few key blackout dates apply:

• In December 2025, you're warmly invited to redeem your prize Sunday to Wednesday,

subject to availability.

• Thursday, 27 November 2025 (Thanksgiving Day) – you cannot redeem prize

• Friday, 14 February 2026 (Valentine’s Day) - you cannot redeem prize

• Wednesday, 31 December 2025 - you cannot redeem prize

• Thursday, 25 and Friday, 26 December 2025 (venue closed)

Please note that exclusive private events may limit availability on some additional days.

6. Redemption Restrictions

• The prize can only be used for dine-in food and beverages at Smith & Wollensky London.

• It cannot be used for private dining, private events, takeaway, retail items, or combined

with any other promotions, offers or discounts.

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and offers no cash alternative.

• Proof of ID may be required to redeem the prize.

• We reserve the right to verify the winner's eligibility and to withdraw or amend the prize if

needed to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random using a digital random number generator. The

draw will be independently witnessed and documented to ensure fairness.

• The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable participation in publicity (such as

photographs, interviews, and social media), with no additional compensation.

10. General

• We may change these terms and conditions if necessary due to circumstances beyond

our control.

• We are not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or failures that affect entry or

participation.

• This promotion is governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
