Exhibits are included with the WS in several months time
It was a Signed For letter, not just a stamped letter
Your earlier picture was removed, presumably due to personal information on show
Post a properly redacted picture of the claim form, after hiding your name and address on the left, the VRM in the POC, the claim reference number on the right, and also the password below it
It was for the original Charge advice but thats ok. This should be fully redacted now. Thanks in advance.

Reading their POC, the breach is not pleaded so I would suggest that you reword the defence accordingly, especially paragraph 3
Plus add Chan and Akande too, renumbering as required0 -
Replace this:
"It is admitted that the Defendant parked at the Moto Donnington Services but did not realise they had overstayed the free parking time, whilst staying onsite the whole time, purchasing a drink and meal (£9.40) and briefly falling asleep. The Defendant, on receiving the first advice of a claim tried to then pay for parking online for the overstayed time but could not, as the online system would not allow them to do so. A letter was sent to CP Plus, PO Box 1750, Northampton, NN1 9PN on the 18th August detailing the Defendant’s unwillingness to confirm the Driver as the Defendant felt it was unfair they were unable to pay, retrospectively, for the parking and was now facing a £100 charge. No response has been received on this."
with this:
It is admitted that the Defendant parked at this Motorway Service Area (MSA), purchased a drink and meal and briefly fell asleep. The purpose of an MSA is for drivers to rest and the CEO of MOTO has publicly said in the national press that they do not intend to penalise people who fall asleep. Barrister Nicholas Bowen QC prevailed in a landmark well-reported case, after receiving a parking charge for overstaying at a MSA. Bowen argued the fine was unfair, claiming he had been too tired to notice the signage and that the charging terms were not clearly displayed. The case highlighted concerns about the clarity of signage and the lack of fairness/enforceability of charges at MSAs, particularly for those taking rest breaks.

Thanks Coupon-mad - So just add above amended P3 to the 1st page defense and its good to go correct? (I have since deleted the original post with it on, which was initial P3 added to 1st page defense.)0 -
Dunno what you mean by '1st page defence' but of course you are just using the Template. Ten paragraphs altogether. If you want to make a difference to stop this utter scammery in future:
Stick around in August to take part in the Government's Public Consultation. We have an important thread about that and we need ALL Defendants to respond to the questions to shape the regulation of this rogue industry.
Please come back in a couple of weeks. Bookmark the thread on the Public Consultation. Go read it now, please.
