have stole my mobile it was left in there i rang as they pulled away and they said no its not there yet i saw it on the seat when they pulled away

thats shocking - but i dont really think its fair to blame station taxis?
most of the drivers are self employed

the driver is a thief however and should be arrested.
dont know how he sleeps at night

There are various other possibilities as well ( you have to be careful about describing someone as a thief). Is it just possble that the next customer in the taxi nicked it ... rather than the driver? Maybe it slid under the seat and the taxi driver has not found it (as happened to DWs ... lost for over 2 months .. despite searching my car high-and-low). Maybe you saw something else, or only think you saw something on the back seat and have actually left the phone elsewhere. Have you tried phoning it to see if it is on?

Also remember the bottom line is that it was your negligence that caused the problem in the first place.
