EON NEXT 12 MNTH FIXED

Hi

I signed up through the Cheap Energy Club for the EON Next 12 month fixed V56 tariff on 30th May.

I received the email saying the switch was in progress but I havent heard anything since.

Is anyone else in the same situation?

    I can sometimes take a while to get an agreed final meter reading because it involves an industry third-party.

    in my experience switches can easily take 6 weeks.

    If you didn't get either of those, I'd suggest it sounds like your switch isn't happening. You could try again?

    Hi, many thanks for responses.

     No,neither have those emails arrived, only the confirmation one from Cheap Energy club. 

    It was the Martin special deal which expired that day so cant reapply.

    Ill wait another few weeks before looking for something else again.

    I’ve just started the switch to eon next and the email from eon arrived within minutes, swiftly followed by one from my current energy company who are “sorry to see me go” and would like to see if there is anything they can do to make me stay.
