Boots on Line app for shopping …Help failed internal validation!

Options
I have been a regular on line shopper at boots via the app, roughly every two weeks as live quite a distance from a large store for many years.
all went well until last Thursday when my order was cancelled as I failed internal verification called my bank no issues tried again failed again. Called customer services who basically said nothing they can do, wait 72 hrs..waited tried again same thing..called tried to do order over the phone same again.
contacted customer services by email kept advising me it’s my computer try by phone tried again same issue..I have over 12 emails saying failed internal verification check..nobody can help me.  I called head office to be told on,y two or three people know in the company.  Words fail me and cannot get to the route of the issue, my husband ordered as a guest for me, lost out on points no problem and it’s a joint acct.
I have written to chief exec but do not expect a response and also customer service asking for the cost I need to pay to obtain data they ho,d on me,,,,surprise surprise no response.  Boots I don’t know what is going on but please get your act together and respond with more info rather than the computer generated reply.
very very disappointed never had this happen to me and sadly nobody at boots will help…is Boots trying to loose customers also!

I rather suspect that "failed internal verification check" means you have tripped some fraud detection system, and the computer now thinks that you are a hacker who has taken over the account.
If that's the case, you may have some difficulty getting around it, as they won't want to tell a hacker how to bypass their fraud detection systems.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
