UKPC ticket

Hey lovely people, first apologies if this been somewhere already discussed, i did read through newbie’s but could find any answers and my time is running out. So please help. 

I got ticket on 22nd may for apparently parking in disabled spot in chinese supermarket parking lot. I was all the time in the car waiting for my wife to comeback from the shop and no one ever came to me and said something. Photo they send me is basically me entering and leaving parking lot. And tje thing is, they send me pcn with 7 reference numbers but if i go to ukpc website to appeal or even to pay, they asking there for 13 numbers. So i cant really do nothing there. Phone line is only robot talking and they have no valid email(i did send to email i found on google but not 100% sure its the one , ether way they never got back to me. Can someone please guide where do i appeal with this wrong reference number?

The photos are of the vehicle stopped on private property,  not of you 

Complain about the PCN to the business or landowner or landlord and try to get it cancelled,  plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum 

Appealing is plan B, not as good as plan A 

Their UKPC complaints contact details are listed on the BPA AOS members list on the right , if you want to complain about reference numbers

Im saying i don’t recall parking in disabled spot and they show me no proof of that. Plan A didn’t worked, no one is replying to my msg or emails

But UKPC show all photos for viewing when you log in to appeal.
