    Can I ask how you're signed in? Did you use your email address or sign up through your google account? I signed up through google and I'm wondering if that is the reason why? They said they'd email me within 7 days but I won last Friday.

    Edit - Nevermind, I literally just received the email to tell me I am a winner. Hope you get your email soon as well!

    I got my email today, (won last week) they wanted some uploads of proof of address via utility bill etc and also proof of age via passport or driving licence, what a faff for a pair of glasses!

    I received my email 5 days after and it wanted photo proof of address and photo of ID for a pair of glasses. Lucky i have it all on my computer stored otherwise i would have past on this.
