Selling late mums shared ownership

Hi, it has taken over12 months to complete on my late mother’s flat of which 25% was owned. The solicitors from the HA were appalling as was the HA sales office. I have a stage 2 complaint in with them. Lack of communication between all solicitors but annoyed that we had to pay admin and solicitor of HA £500. Where can we take this? Our solicitor got our final bill wrong so even though we have completed 2 weeks ago still waiting for outstanding balance. It has been a nightmare and very stressful all whilst we should have been grieving. Thank you

Although you've expressed dismay at the communication & process - are you actually out of pocket?
Taking it further normally relates to some sort of loss.
What are you expecting? Compensation? Reimbursement?
