Parking at work- Fine from Parking Eye
Pageturner
Hello. I’ve read the guidance etc so hoping I’ve done this correctly.
I work at a hospital and have a pay as you go permit; I have to pay via Pay By Phone app each time I park at work. I have received a fine as I have not paid for parking for a 4 hour stay. I forgot to pay for my parking due to taking ages to find a space, resulting in being late for a meeting that I then had to run too. I’ve never missed paying before.
Am I best contacting the parking/facilities management asking them to waiver it? Paying it, given I did forget to pay (frustrating I have to pay to park at work!) or just ignore?
Thank you
Thank you
