DCB Legal Letter of Claim

Hi all,
I have received a parking letter from DCB stating I overstayed in the Gatwick shell garage, like I’ve read, I completely ignored these, it has worked in the past and nothing has come from them for previous tickets, this is the first I’ve ever received a letter from DCB Legal for a letter of claim, I’m just looking for advice on what I should do with this?

This needs to be dealt with (and any subsequent correspondence relating to this charge) now you're entering the legal process. There is a standard response to a Letter of Claim in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, please use that, then await a court claim. Continue then to defend the case and ECP and DCB Legal will discontinue sometime later this year.Have a read of the first few posts of the following thread, then randomly look at ECP cases - there's dozens upon dozens in the 580+ recorded cases of discontinuance - contained within that thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
