Has anyone had their Vanquis card suspended for security reasons?? Mine has been blocked since Wednesday 11th June after my first use! I made one payment and tried to make another and it declined. Called them and they said my account was blocked for security and someone would call back within 5-7 working days. Looking at the reviews it seems they never seem to call back but I’m just looking for some reassurance from someone who’s maybe been in this position??

Nobody but they know why it was blocked, you will need to wait for their investigation to complete
11th June means they have to the 20th to review then you can call back. You could do a formal complaint after that if they do not.
