You should ring and ask the date of issue because if all three of these are 20th May claims that's a possible issue not a coincidence...

I have received a reply to my complaint from HMCTS. They didn't say whether they confirmed the letters were sent or not, but have deemed it that I was served because no post was returned to them. They have refused to waive the fees for applying to have a stay of the judgment.

So they've washed their hands of it and said the court did nothing wrong. CCJ stands and they've cancelled the judgment because I paid it.

I'm not going to bother to be honest. It's seems very unlikely I'll get anywhere with it now

One thing's for sure, you definitely won't get anywhere if you don't bother.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you submit a SAR, they cannot ignore it, they have to reply within one calendar month and if they don't you report them to the ICO.

Yeh, but even if they don't provide any proof of postage information, I can't do anything with it. It would need someone to look at it, find that it wasn't posted (don't even know if that's the case) then admit to me that it wasn't posted. I doubt someone doing a SAR would even bother looking into things. They'll just send anything they have related to me.
