Universal Credit Managed Migration - I'm on the sick but they want me to work

Today, I received a message from DWP that I need to complete a to-do item in my list about my current circumstances, so I went ahead and checked through everything and most of it was fine until it got to my bank account.
The details they said they had on me was that I had a certain amount in my main bank account which was true months ago when I started my claim, but that has since changed (as it's a current account and constantly changes) and so I specified the current amount it is now. There was also a concern I had that the "MR" on my name on my current debit card was missing in their records, but I found out that they don't tend to record titles, and I think they told me to leave it out anyway.
But the biggest worry I've had now is that they don't seem aware of my second "spare" bank account which has been empty for a long time, but I'm certain I mentioned it when I started the claim. Why would they forget? And if I never entered the details of the second bank account, could I be done for fraud for neglecting to mention it?
Is there a way for me to view the full details of my claim, as in the data I entered when I made my claim, without it being viewed as "reporting a change"?

If you go to your Journal in your UC account and scroll down to the date you submitted your claim you will see an entry titled New claim details were submitted - click on this and a new screen will appear. This will outline everything you declared, including bank account details (the last 4 digits of every account you included will be listed) under a section headed Money, savings and investments. I declared a savings account with £0 in it and this is listed in that section. I'd guess any bank account declared in the same way will be listed too.2
