Hi all

Hoping you can help me out of this mess please. We had paid for a 2 hour visit, overstayed by 12 mins whilst drying our dogs, not realising it was ANPR and got a ticket from SP through the post.

I have appealed online with the given template in the newbies thread however they’ve come back to me stating it’s been rejected and to take it up with the IAS, not poplar! 

What’s the best course of action from here, it seems as though IAS appeals are not the way to go, do I now just wait and ignore or is there anything else I can do?

Smart moved membership from BPA to IPC. POPLA is the appeals service for BPA members, the IAS is for IPC members.

Have you tried complaint to the Landowner - PLAN A in NEWBIES thread.

Plan A is always a good idea,  complaining about it to the landlord or landowner or managing agents

This is nothing to worry about. Ignore them and come back when you get a LBC from DCB Legal which is the 'end game' you want.
