Britannia Parking Notice to Keeper

Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help.

Just got a notice to keeper through the door, having read a lot of the threads on here and comparing the pictures of the POFA compliant and non POFA compliant, it is my opinion that the NTK that I’ve got is non POFA so I’m assuming I can appeal based on this and go down the route of not naming the driver?

Any help is much appreciated.
