TSB - OTP process problem due to VoIP change

So I've seen this same problem on these forums from 2021, though their problem sorted it's self out mine does not. I too get a call from TSB that was supposed to give me my One Time Password over my New VoIP Landline, which was recently changed from the old copper lines.
Though like the previous post from 2021 the call doesn't say anything, and after I put the phone down it calls again still the same problem. Doesn't matter how many times I go through the process of logging in and waiting for the call, the phone rings, I pick up and not a word is spoken.
Luckly for the person in the old post their problem sorted it's self out and they got an automated voice telling them their OTP.
So I've done some troubleshooting of my own. The problem came about after my ISP decided to change my copper wire landline to VoIP after I renewed my Homephone and Broadband contract, before the activation date I did login into my TSB account no problems. A few days after the activation when I had to now plug my homephone into the router, that's when the problems came in for TSB sending OTP over the homephone.
The Homephone still has the same number TSB has registered on my account as they can call me on it, just no automated voice as I've said. Paypal and Ebay both have sent me OTPs over the very same landline after the change to VOIP so zero problems. TSB is the only one that is having problems.
I saw a reply from the 2021 post is to let it ring and force it to leave a message on the Landline VoiceMail, the trouble is my ISP no longer does Voicemail with this new VoIP so I don't have one.
I do own a Mobile but I rarely use it so the SIM Card goes inactive because I don't top it up, so I have to keep getting a free sim just to change the number in my accounts, I know it's not a good idea just to save money on not paying for a Mobile contract/Pay as you go, so the mobile number hasn't been updated before it become inactive.
I will have to try and get through to TSB's support on the phone and see what they say, but if anyone has heard of this problem do let me know.

As for mobile phones sims, simply get something like the Tesco Mobile pay as you go Lite.
Their PAYG sims are available free with a top-up instore or free from their website with no top-up
To enable the tariff, pop a Tesco sim into the phone then call 282 to select the Lite tariff before Topping up.
