Parc Fforestfach Retail Park Swansea land owner - does anyone know?

Hi all
Does anyone know who owns the land for the Parc Fforestfach Retail Park in Swansea? My wife has been hit by a PCN for going slightly over the alloted slot (she didn't know there was any) due to having to feed and calm down our 4 month old baby.
It's split up into 2 sides, she was parked on the Tesco side of that makes any difference.

Has anyone had any luck in getting these overturned by appealing to the landowner? Can see a couple were successful when it was Savills1 -
Tesco owns their portion of the car park.1
