Briefly ...
I've asked for digital access to my xray to they've sent me a link to Spectra
I can see my xray but to download it to my PC, I have to D/L a zip file which has 'images', 'reports' and a pdf with instructions.
Sadly, the instructions say that there should be an application included called viewer-images ... but sadly, despite them resending it ... it's not there
Their IT suggest it may be a firewall blocking it but .... 🤷♂️
Does anyone know where I can get this application to save my xray?
There's no right click option on the actual webpage to save it so I've saved a screenshot, but wondered if the 'real thing' would be better?

Just to note that if you don't want to install a dedicated viewer just for medical images in DICOM format then the popular (and free) image viewer Irfanview has a plugin that includes the DICOM format. Most people install the plugins when installing or updating Irfanview, so if you have Irfanview already then you may already have a DICOM viewer.
