1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay in New York for two (2) people including;

a) Return Economy flights from either London Heathrow, London Gatwick or Manchester airport to a New York airport

b) Return transfers from the airport to the hotel

c) Three (3) night’s 5* accommodation in New York sharing a standard twin or double room

d) Return Stadium transfers from the hotel to the MetLife Stadium

e) Category One (1) Tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup Final at the MetLife Stadium, New York on 13th July 2025 at 3pm local time. Tickets for this event will need to be accessed by the winner or their guest via the FIFA App. Details can be found at https://inside.fifa.com/terms-of-service

f) £1,000 spending money

2)  Where the prize winner is under 21 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

3) The winner and their guest must be able to depart the UK on 12th July 2025 for a 3night trip to New York. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by 5.

4) The winner must be contactable for booking by 5pm on the 4th July 2025 and able to depart the UK a from London airport or Manchester airport on the 12th of July 2025.

5) Due to the nature of the prize, some travel arrangements may be prebooked and no alternative options will be available.

6) Booking is subject to availability.

7) A BACS transfer for the £1,000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.

8) Neither 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

10) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

11) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. 

12) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

13) An ESTA is required for entry into the United States of America. Passports and ESTA are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.

14) FIFA operates mobile app ticketing for their games. In the event tickets are supplied via the App then the Winner will be required to download the FIFA app to access their tickets. It will be the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have access to this app ahead of the game. https://inside.fifa.com/terms-of-service

15) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. 

16) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

17) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

18) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
